Here is a recipe calculator that will tell you how many calories, carbs, fat grams, etc are in each serving.

Easy rich fudge

1 12 oz bag semisweet chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 12 oz bag of any one of the following
milk chocolate
mint chocolate
peanut butter chips

nuts ( optional)

Place ingredients into a microwave safe bowl.
Microwave on high stirring every 3-5 minutes until smooth cand creamy. Check frequently to be sure chips don't burn. Stir in nuts if desired. Pour into a greased pan. Allow to cool and cut ito squares.

Description:
Wonderful for large gatherings

Ingredients:
1 elephant cut into small pieces. {this takes about a week so plan ahead}
1 small rabbit {optional-some people don't like hare in their stew}
20 bags carrots cut into bite size pieces
20 pounds potatoes peeled and cut into pieces
10 onions optional

Directions:
skin and cut up elephant ,carrots, potatoes, and onions . Place elephant in LARGE stew pot over open fire. cook for about 1 week, or until tender. On final day add vegies. Season to taste. Serve hot. Feeds about 1000, depending on how hungery they are.
